Thank you for shopping with AllGenFit.com. We strive to provide you with high-quality products and an excellent shopping experience. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process.
Return Period: You may initiate a return within 5 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Criteria for Returns: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as you received it. Any product that is damaged, altered, or not in its original condition will not be eligible for a return.
Return Process:
- Log in to your AllGenFit.com account.
- Navigate to the “Order History” section.
- Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return.
- Click on the “Return Items” button.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the return request.
Refund Timeline: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, the refund will be initiated immediately.
Please note that the refund amount may take up to 3 days to reflect in your account, especially if you selected the UPI (Unified Payments Interface) method. The actual processing time may vary depending on your bank or financial institution.
Refund Method: Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If you made the payment through UPI, the refund will be credited to the same UPI ID used during the purchase.
